I recently got work opportunities in another city 6 hrs away. One of my tenants has offered to buy my home for a good price. It would be a complicated owner finance though and I have put alot of love into the place and was intending to rent it when I leave before getting the offer.

The reading for Selling to this person was: 17.1.5 changing to 16.

A few weeks later I did a reading for renting: 51.3.

They both look good to me. So my questions are how much weight to give the hexagram made by the inner trigrams? And if anyone has insights into the hexagrams or resulting ones asa they relate to their issues.
Much appreciation for any replies!

Selling to this person?
17.1.5 > 16

'Complicated' is not good. Will you be able to sleep at night with this deal? Does "owner finance" mean that the buyer is not credit worthy enough to get a mortgage from a bank? You will be in the good (line 5) if the down payment is so large that the buyer will not dare let the property go into foreclosure.

In closing, before entering into a transaction with owner financing, consult a real estate lawyer and obtain competent legal advice.
