The depression symptoms are coming and going again since some weeks. I've been trying to boost myself physically and mentally: I do exercise, go out in every occasion I can, try to decrease the stress, ... . My situation hasn't been ideal as all my courses are online at this time, so I don't go to work to see my coworkers and change my mood.

The attacks of symptoms scare me. It reminds me of 2020, when I fought the bad moods for months in vain just to get clinically depressed in the end.

I asked: my mental situation; got 62.1.3>51. OOOPS.😖 62.1: the bird flying on the way to misfortune. 62.3: from behind someone may attack. Unlucky.
😢

After that long, difficult struggle I thought I could take a breath. Sigh.

Next question: What to do? 23.3>52. 23.3: Curtailing itself isn't a mistake. [let go of high and low].

To me it's obvious that you live in an environment that is not good for your well-being and you should consider making a move.

Well I'm not sure a great move such as immigration will improve my situation given its additional stresses. To be honest I'm not a fan of it anyways.

It could be a change in your workplace or simply staying away from people who turn out to not be your true friends. Doesn't necessarily mean that you should go this far to another country.

I don't know what I can change. Just reduced the number of my courses. Well, not everything is in my hands.

Of courses I've done drastic movements like changing residence or work place in similar situations in the past and it didn't work. Maybe even worsened it.

Not that I'm against the change, but for me the changes didn't lead to improvement.

Well, I talked with my psychiatrist and started taking medication again. The sudden coming which was like a shock (51) scared me. I just wish it doesn't worsen.

By the way, it started after I contracted the last strain of Coronavirus and the psychiatrist said it's very common in patients. No matter how hard I try to save myself, it will attack from nowhere  (62.3).

Again, 62.1 is a very bad line. What will happen to me? 45.1.2.3> 43. Any ideas?
