Bradford Hatcher has some associations like this, if you have his book. (If not, the pdf is free to download at http://hermetica.info.)
Partial list:
• Yin line with the right brain (pg. 450)
• Yang line with the left brain (pg. 452)
• Two yin lines with the trunk (pg. 455)
• Yang over yin :| with the legs (pg. 457)
• Yin over yang |: with the arms (pg. 459)
• Double yang line || with the metabolism (pg. 460)
• Double yang line also with the head (pg. 461)
Search the pdf for "regions of the body," and organs you can think of, like "brain." As you can see, a lot of it isn't whole hexagrams.
Brad also gives astrological associations, like a doubled yang line || with Leo (pg. 461). On page 576 he has a table which says for instance that Saturn in an Earth sign is associated with hexagram 23. He repeats those in the individual hexagram sections, for instance pg. 196 for 23. So whatever body part Saturn (with or without Earth) is associated with, I suppose you could see if you think 23 has anything to do with it.
You can end up with multiple associations. So far || could go with the metabolism, the head, and possibly the heart (if you extrapolate from Leo).
If you go through the book you can probably find more. I don't know if he explains where he got it all from or how valid any of it is. Correspondences between different systems have been wondered about here from time to time; some people believe in it and others don't.

Probably you would need someone who used acupuncture/meridians and all that alongside Yi -I think there are people around who do that kind of thing. Exploring Divination might be a better place for replies on this?
