Somewhere in the Wilhelm Baynes edition there is a line which refers to something like - "the person questioning the book suffers from heart disease but because of "______?_______" he lives on and on".

Can anyone recall from which hexagram that paraphrase originates? Would appreciate any help.

Thanks,
Norm in Vancouver

Line 5 of hexagram 16, probably.
I don't have the WB translation here. According to Legge it says "..shows one with a chronic complaint, but who lives on without dying."

Norm, just to let you know, posting your question on one message board is normally sufficient...

Just FYI...
