What I can see from the cast: tense without being released, strictly logical; appointed to lead people, but not inclined to... The 31 is beyond my understanding. Perhaps, open to other people who can easily manipulate?

I suspect the reason for lack of response to this inquiry is that your questions almost always seem to be about someone else. Something called the book of changes is mostly to help the individual through their own changes. You know I'm not against asking about another in some cases, but I suggest you attempt to interpret this reading as it applies to yourself, concerning the matter you're asking about your boss.
