Please help me to the full Understanding of my Answer: 9.3.5-41

Dear Community,today i asked the I Ching about a thing, which puts me under stress me since weeks:How can i find the job which brings me the most joy?The Answer was: 9.3.5 to 41The Situation: Iam 22 years old and iam not to sure which job i will do in my future and which education fits me.Next Month the educations for this year are starting.I wanted to do the Jewelery Smith, but my Candidature was in there Opinion to weak.From every side of the Outside World there is Pressure against me : "Look at your Brother and Sister! From Nothing comes Nothing!Now do something this year or it will be harder if you get older!"I feel put under stress and inferior because of all this Pressure from my parents, and because of that iam summoning stress inside myself against me.I also did an education after school in the biology assistent, but it didn´t took long to see that iam just not believing in science.If iam not getting something this year ( i myself want more to find something that suits me for the long term instead of doing something quick and fast ,to earn fast and early my own money) my plans are just to work a year and then looking whats happening inside myself and in the outside world. I would describe myself as a relaxed and positive person. This "You are nothing without a Job"-thinking don´t fits my inner Beliefs. Iam not a lazy Person, i like working, but this Stress the outside World is giving me just knocks me out.First understandings of the Answer:9.3.5.:Judgment:"The Taming Power of the Small has success. Dense clouds, no rain from our western region." The time in which the clouds are collected, but the rains not falling : The Rain would be the relaxing i get through knowing my direction in this matter but it´s just not there at this moment. The Taiming Power of the Small : The Small tames the Great: The try out´s or just the working(The small) tames the Job which would give me the most joy (The Great).The Image: "The wind drives across heaven: the image of The Taming Power of the Small. Thus the superior man refines the outward aspect of his nature."If iam not getting this big Descussions answer this year, it´s no Reason to give up the Building of my Character.( to use my time with Meaning.)Or to just take my own little Efforts in Work as in private Life.9.3:"The spokes burst out of the wagon wheels. Man and wife roll their eyes."Do not let yourself be stressed in thinking that you have to write 500 Candidatures in this Week to get an education./ This isn´t my style anyway, like i said there is much Pressure coming from outside. Don´t do this with Force! 9.5: "If you are sincere and loyally attached, you are rich in your neighbor."Hmm.... here i need some help. 41 The Decrease:Judgment :"Decrease combined with sincerity brings about supreme good fortune without blame. One may be persevering in this. It furthers one to undertake something. How is this to be carried out? One may use two small bowls for the sacrifice."In my lifetime i just had one Job für about 6 weeks. Maybe it says to go away from all the thinking and ideas in my head which Job could fit me and just get to know the hard worklife? " In inclosed judgments it says: "First it shows the Difficulties and then the Easy One. So it keeps away Harm." The Easy One can just be the Education or what ever it is iam searching for.(The Rain)The Image:"At the foot of the mountain, the lake: the image of Decrease. Thus the superior man controls his anger and restrains his instincts."To don´t get lost in passions and shortterm happiness. I think everyone knows that, if you keep away from meaningless shorttime happiness there is growing Inner strengthand especially Focus to go your Way and to be productive. With Focus you just get more done and get more happy.Ps: Sorry for my bad english, it´s not my mother langauge^^. Also my I ching is in a different langauge , thats because the inclosed Judgment is translated more free.Also sorry for all the Text. Your parents' anger is not to your benefit (9.3).
Sticking around with rich neighbours sounds good (9.5), but it's not.
Because both the lines result in loss and poverty (41).

So: avoid arguments and avoid sticking around with nearby rich people.

Is it possible for you to go away from your home for a while, for example on a holiday, or to any relatives who are nice? So that you can think in peace?
