And another one bites the dust. Oh why can I not conquer love?

Sorry for the melodrama friends, I'm having trouble processing this one in a healthy way. I feel very hurt. I figure it's time I stop the merry go round of interpreting divination questions on my own and ask some real people their thoughts on the castings. Here are my questions:

Did J love me?
58.2 to 17...he says no?

How do I move on?
8 unchanging (blehh! It sounds like the i ching is saying rebound time! Just kidding, I asked for clarification and got 19.2.5 to 3)

How do I handle the pain when it gets bad
51 unchanging...laugh at myself?

Thank you, and peace be with you.

Hello dear,
I'm new to the i-ching so pls do not take my thoughts very serious.
Also, English is not my mother tongue... Pls excuse me if I make any mistakes in this post.

Was this an open relationship? I'm reading Karcher's text and it Says that this is an opportunity to communicate, to enjoy pleasures... But it also says that this is a situation or a type of person that you have never met before and that you should be opened to new ideas... To free yourself from restrictions.
In my opinion it doesn't say anything about not having feelings, but it does says that these might not be the kind of "traditional feelings" you were searching for.

How do I move on?
Reading Karcher again: 19.2 doesn't it talk about a new relationship?...
In Spanish we say that "one nail drives out another"... (To make it more grotesque: "the best way to get over a man is to get under one")

How do I handle the pain when it gets bad
51 unchanging... In my opnion.... Regarding your question hex 51 is "To Tear it out by its roots!"

Hope it helps, pls don't take me too serious.. I'm new to the i-Ching but I used to be single and I can relate to your pain. Eventually you will see that maybe he (whoever he is) wasn't THAT good for you..

Love

B

Bourbonist, thank you very for taking the time to consider my reading, your English is excellent. The relationship (to my knowledge) wasn't an open one, as much as that me very sad to think about...perhaps he wasn't faithful. I don't know. He did change me in a lot of ways and "opened my eyes" to a lot of things, but he did have a lot going on following a personal tragedy and didn't much open up to me. His constant distance is what became too much to me. It is tough to think that the only answer to my pain is in another partner but hopefully I find a better nail.

Thank you again,
A

As an answer to your question on how to move on, I think 8uc is cautioning you to respect boundaries and to not over commit. The Image talks about the ruler giving out parcels of land which I see as meaning each person has their own territory and it's wise not to cross over the borders. Perhaps this is advice to you that in order to move on you need to be strong about not getting caught up in other people's dramas. Particularly not to seek union with this fellow again or someone similar.

Did he love you? 58.2 - Yes but only as things were pleasant in the moment - this line cautions we're not considering the long term.
