Promotion and worry about husband

Hi all, I asked today the oracle about 2 insights:

First about my work and about my potential promotion which will be announced to me by end to April.

1. will I get the promotion and the salary I want? And the answer I got was 8.2.6 -> 59

second was about my husband and his too friendly female colleagues which makes me a bit uneasy

2. do I have to worry about my husband and his female colleagues? And I got 26.3.6 -> 19

what do you think? How do you see the oracle answers? Thank you all

In Hex. 26.3.6 , I gather, there is motion going on (and 19 is Approach, more motion).
Line 3 says there is a need to go, but always minding danger: the controlled power (one of the translations for this hexagram). In Line 6 , the controlled power is no more, so you are free to move. So, yes, get your radars on.
Since it is a sensitive matter, and my experience with the Yi is very thin, plz consider this only a feeble interpretation.

Not sure either. For my promotion I think I wouldn’t get what I want, maybe less but not what want.
For my husband and his female colleagues I don’t know how to interpret at all. Maybe someone has a better understanding of the answer.

When I read 19 I saw this and I got confused hence I decided to ask for her how to interpret 26.3.6 and 19.

and about work I think the answer is that I will not get what I want but I need to stay close and united. Not sure.

any help?
