Question about a new job. 63.1.3 to 8

So I started a new job about two weeks ago. I really like it so far. The people I work with are a bit cold and distant though.Other than that, the job is pretty fun. So I asked how will my new job go? I got hexagram 63.1.3 changing to 8The thing that stood out to me was line 3:'The high ancestor attacks the Demon Country. Three years go round, and he overcomes it. Don't use small people.' I feel this is saying for me not to be overwhelmed by my co-workers? It is funny because "small people" made me laugh because this new job involves teaching children. Hex 63 I think is about being settled and comfortable. So this may mean the job; I am liking the job, and plan on staying. Hex 8 I wonder if I will make a good connection with a co-worker, make a friend? Or I will find my true self in this job? Any insight on this hex?

You are a new member to the team and as usual you have to grow into the team. They might be OR they appear to you a bit standoffish. Sometimes the team-members are just busy. For older team-members 'newbies' come and go. Currently you are just one of many, i suppose. Keep in mind, you need to grow into the team which takes time.

Hex63.1 : be cautious / mindful / attentive
Hex 63.3 : don´t take bold steps

Thank you so much for replying! You are right, I don't know the team members very well. We did organize an night out next month so I RSVP'd to get to know them better. And yes there are quiet few other teachers.Appreciate your take, and I will take that advice.
