Reciprocal Readings?

This has happened a couple of times to me in the last week and I was wondering if people have any insight on what it might mean.

On Wednesday, my wife was being especially unpleasant towards me, to the point where I felt the need to seclude myself for awhile to keep my composure (this happens fairly regularly).

A bit later in the evening, I asked the Yi Jing: "How am I supposed to deal with [my wife]?" and got 33.2 > 44.
Then, a couple hours later before bed I asked my usual question: "What will tomorrow be like?", getting 44.2 > 33.
Out of curiosity, the next morning I asked "What do I need to know about today?" and got 44.1.6 > 43 -- not quite reciprocal, but 44 showing up once again.

Then, after a conversation with my friend last night--she's having a bit of a tough time getting ready emotionally to come back to the US--I asked "How can I better support [friend] right now?" The answer was 31.4.5 > 15.

I sent her what I hoped was a supportive message last night but this morning I was feeling like maybe I'd overstepped my bounds a bit (turns out that wasn't the case, thankfully) so I asked "What's going on between me and [friend] right now?" and got 15.4.5 > 31.

My "what do I need to be aware of today?" question this morning gave 50.4.5 > 57, for what it's worth.

Any insights into the meaning of getting "reciprocal" readings like that?

I don't mean a post about a > b followed by b > a specifically, just what seem to be "pointer" readings like Nov's 44s. Nov has a couple of related things going on here.

(I guess that's one thing I think, that they're pointers. But I learned that from Hilary's blog, I'm pretty sure.)

I only know what she said from the thread I linked to above. Don't recall any blog on it

Apart from the really quite extraordinary recurrence of the same theme coming back to you from the other side, (like a boomerang) ;) I would like to ask if there is any ambiguity about the answer?

As for the reciprocity: that you get one within a few hours to a question on the same subject is already very, very rare in purely from a mathematical point of view.

I would think that you should therefore pay special attention to this set of questions about you and your wife.

I think that if the book itself draws such a perfect circle, you might think that it is on to something.

If I were you, I would want to connect the answer of the book describing such a perfect circle like this: Write down the answer in everyday English. First the image that comes to mind at 33, then the moving line (33.2), and then where it moves to (44). Try to form a sentence from this. Now start again from the latter, imagine the image of 44, and go back to 33, "using the bridge" of the moving line (44.2).

What might such sentences be like, written down in everyday language?

Also take into consideration that in your first question you took an active stance, ("how am I supposed to deal with") while in the second one you are the one to react to a situation seemingly out of your control ("how will it be")

Why, in this case, does this form a circle? And, may it be a circulus vitiosus? Perhaps I already said too much.
