Relationship: 1.6 > 43 & 24.1.2.3 > 46

Hello all,

I need your opinions about these answers I got from IC.

So... I have a friend. A guy that I like a lot. Sometimes I think he likes me too, but he's evasive. I mean, he's coming and going, leaving and returning (both litterally and metaphorically speaking)... Undecided, I think. Let's say that he doesn't let the relationship die, but he doesn't make it live either. The relationship, or rather the possibility of a romantic relationship.

So I asked today:
What are his feelings for me? - 1.6 > 43.
Does it mean that I'm the arrogant dragon? (In thinking that he might have "that" kind of feelings for me?)
Or, since it's a masculine line, it's about him and his "being prepared to change / to move to the next level"?
Or it's just that I haven't chosen the right question?
So, I asked question no.2:
What role do I play in his life? (I mean, now, not in the next 10 years...) - 24.1.2.3 > 46
Does it mean that he will return from his continuos goings/leavings (as I said, litterally and metaphorically; he travels a lot and we never have time to sit and speak) and that my role in his life is increasing?

It seems his ambitions, and energies are focused elsewhere(1.6), distorting what is truly important in his life(Hex 43). As a result...

I'm sorry for the mix-up Simona.
I saw the supportive role in the image of 24, allowing the cycle to continue as he returns and leaves. Taken from Thomas Cleary translation...
24.1: "returning before going to far is done by self-cultivation"
24.2: "the fortune of return to goodness comes about through kindness to those below"
24.3: "diligence of repeated returns is blameless in terms of being dutiful."
Each line sounds of someone who gives support or tries to in a neutral sort of sense....giving strength for changing hex 46 which I viewed as his nature or the nature of his life at the moment(what role do I play in HIS LIFE?). 46, to me, was his ability to balance as he moves through. He has ability to work step by step or to become out of balance(workaholic). So, I thought you have a part to play in how he approaches, not only his life, but also the association you have built together, which could be harmonious or chaotic.

For me, 46 was something like "your role in his life is increasing" - I mean, maybe "advancing" from "friend" to something more/different. But probably it's wishful thinking.
