Relocation question

I want to relocate from where I am.

I asked: Give me an image of how my life will be living in XXX?

Hexagram 31 lines 4 and 5 changing into Hexagram 15 (EDITED CORRECTION)

I can never understand this hexagram 15 - does it mean a modest life?

You must mean hex 31 with lines 4 and 5 moving to get hex 15 ...

Well, line 4 moving indicates a lot of indecision, whereas with line 5 moving, the will is firm and this is what the WikiWing has to say about line 5 moving:

So, it seems that if you can get past the indecision and not dither your idea away, you might just have found a good place to relocate!

Ginnie what you said is amazing as soon as I posted my question. I thought let me give it one more try and look to see if they have any vacancies where I want to relocate. It's a popular tourist area and you have to look at the right time. I found the place right away at my price range! I called property management and will be going up to see them this week! When I read your reply I was so amazed how spot on you were
