Renting a room 24 unchanging

I am considering renting a room from an ecceb hippy friend of mine to simply use for spending time with my lover.

I asked the yi "how will renting a room from Y benefit my relationship with X?"

Answer. 24 unchanging.

Could this mean that we will consistently return to this spot?

24. Return is saying renting this room would give the two of you a place to withdraw to, a place to rest, regroup, a mini-vacation. I don't think this hexagram comments as to how frequently you might go there.

I do wonder if this hexagram is indeed saying this would be a place you could use to withdraw from the busy world or is it saying that is the main thing you should be looking for and therefore you ought to consider would this particular place in someone else's house actually be all that private?

Update...

I went to see the place again this evening and my friend had made it look so much better than when I first saw it.

The place is shabby chic in the middle of paradise (I live on a Spanish island)... It needs patching up but gosh the fireplaces, gardens, stars and mountains in backdrop are so romantic.

I only have to repaint the room and I can pretty much live there for so little rent. So I'm going to take it...

I have an update for you here.

So I never finished renovating that room because it was far too cold. Instead I returned to the city and subletted an apartment from a friend of mine. It was a beautiful place! Also my guy got himself a place and I ended up spending much of the time there with him... So our relationship became more normal.

I plan to return and renovate this space when it's a little warmer and get my car licence.
