seeking help ...consequences on my progress?

Hello everyone,

I would really be glad and thankful if you could share your thoughts about the following with me...

The circumstances in a few words:
After some breaks I am quite intensively working on my thesis (which has to be finished by June) these days. Apart from my University studies I am doing a training in another country and there would be another course next week.
I try to keep this very short: as at this point of time I (somehow for the first time) am in a kind of 'flowing writing process', I thought about not attending the course next week (as this interruption might have a retarding impact on my thesis...). On the other hand attending the course might also bring inspiration with it (as it has to do with inner work I often find new strength...) and actually the course is compulsive (but I think I would find a solution...). Apart from this - if I didn't attend the course - I would have to cancel quite a lot of appointments I made which are somehow linked with this training...

So today I decided to ask:
What effect would it have on my thesis if I went to Switzerland next week?
--> hex. 22

and:
What effect would it have on my thesis if I did not go to Switzerland next week?
--> hex. 29 with changing fourth line turning into hex. 47

So today I decided to ask:

What effect would it have on my thesis if I did not go to Switzerland next week?
--> hex. 29 with changing fourth line turning into hex. 47

Of the two results, I like the look of the first one better, so that's the one I'm going to go with.

22: Adorning
Attaining
Small advantage having direction going

Looks good, right?

Grace & Beauty

I'd go with 22, if I had to choose. 22 is also called grace. To me grace are gifts that you didn't ask for they come as blessings So to me it looks like your trip would bring you unexpected rewards- I also like the idea of it being about beauty, so perhaps going will enhance your thesis. Or perhaps it will help you see your thesis in a different way. I've only had hexagram 22 before just the once and it was about a prayer. I asked if my prayer would be answered and I recieved this hex, my prayer was indeed answered, I'm a very spiritual person and I experience grace as gifts or miracles, my prayer was answered in a way that was more wonderful than I could have hoped!

Also Maybe it will help you "adorn" your thesis or at least make it a little more special/personal to you, if something is important/special to us we tend to put more effort in and get a better result! Or on a very practical level it may just give you the experience you need to go further with it than you are imagining with at this point!
