I have suspected some unfair decisions in my workplace for some time; and recently, I found evidence for it. I still look for further information and know some way to reach it. This is about favoring a number of people in spite of others, professionally and financially, against the company regulations. There are defined ways to get a promotion and we have a payment table, but it's not respected by our manager.

It's clear that he won't be sincere about it. However, I'm thinking about asking him for explanations about the contradictory behavior so that he knows at least that I'm not unaware. I should plan my words and actions carefully.

At this time, I feel totally able to be self-employed and if we consider the time-money relative, it will be more profitable. The only challenge is to find a good, sustainable number of clients, something which has been done by the institution I work for.
After knowing about this fact, I'm not that eager to work here anymore. On the other hand, I have this bad feeling of being fooled by the manager who keeps a very good appearance. Such a discrimination affects many people who work there, and I want them to know about it. I'm likely to be attacked for this, I know.

Now I have two choices:
1. If I continue to work here and prove myself so that he won't be able to neglect my abilities and discriminate against me anymore: 40.2>16
What a relevant line! I looked at other posts with this line. Foxes are deceitful people. By spotting them I'll gain a golden arrow and constancy brings good fortune. The line is very clear, however I'm not sure what course of action it does indicate in my case: being open about my findings?? I'm puzzled.

2. If I expose the director straightforwardly and quit the job: 55.3.4>24
Well, Bradford says "make no mistake" (55.3). In next line he says "... or find their hidden leader. Opportune". The context hexagram is 24. Return. A relaxed one.

The first one seems more favorable. Anway, I see no reason why to work in an inferior position and remain unrecognized while having valuable skills and many opportunities.

I think 40.2 is about being a straight arrow as in continuing to be so effective your abilities can’t be ignored and this leads to 16. Enthusiastic response.

I think 55.3.4 - 24 describes your exposing the director and quitting your job as you bringing everything out in the open (55) about your finding out some things you had been unaware of and how these hidden practices had disrupted your ability to perform (55.3) and also you are afraid these unethical practices are sabotaging your chances of advancement (55.4 - the “hidden lord” isn’t necessarily a friend - could be a fear) and thus you are quitting the job and Returning home (24).

So it doesn’t seem to be saying which path is better - more like just mirroring back your choices.

The astrology for the next couple of days shows Mercury, the planet ruling work and communication opposing Pluto, the planet of death and transformation, in opposition to each other. This could cause feelings of wanting to make ultimatums.
The transformation potential is there too so perhaps you instead of speaking up and quitting you could speak up and give them a chance to make things right. Maybe have a clear idea in mind what that would look like.

Rosada I think about having a direct, serious and carefully planned conversation with my director. It's important how to bring about the evidence so that he can't deny it and gaslight me.
If it doesn't lead to favorable changes I can expose him and leave the job in the future anyway.

This. I also listened to an astrology podcast about last week's full moon whose effect will persevere for months, hence all the retrogrades. It indicated that while we are likely to find about unpleasant secrets in work environment, we should be careful about when and how we speak up and not to act impulsively.

I think there is also another way to look at the "3 foxes", which is as something of yourself. You want to prove yourself to this director, so to speak, which is quite understandable given the situation. Catching three foxes with a yellow (or gold) arrow means overcoming the emotions triggered by this director's behavior and the desire to prove yourself in this situation.
The reason I think it relates to yourself is that this line is in H40 Deliverance, the hexagram that is about releasing tension, and because it is in the lower trigram, which represents the questioner.
The related hexagram is H16 Enthusiasm. This can relate both to freeing yourself from everything related to this situation, but also to the feeling that arises when you have freed yourself.

The nuclear hexagram of H40 is H63, the hexagram that deals with balance. Here the balance is brought out of balance by the moving bottom line (the 2nd line of H40 is the bottom line of H63). The bottom line is about ideas and plans. Here you see again that when you let go (H40) of your ideas there is balance again (H63).

All in all, it seems to me that this answer says that wanting to prove yourself against someone who doesn't play by the rules is not the best way.

2. If I expose the director straightforwardly and quit the job: 55.3.4>24
H55 is Thunder over Fire, in other words thunder and lightning. A great spectacle, but short-lived (I can imagine that if you take this approach, it will create a spectacle 😄). Moving lines 3 and 4 show that this approach will not go without struggles.
When only the 3rd line moves you get H51 Shock: the shock has a far-reaching effect (terrifies for a hundred miles) but in the end its result is not bad (Afterward there is laughter and talk-ha, ha!),
When only the 4th line moves you get H36 Darkening of the Light (In adversity it is beneficial to persevere.)
What is interesting is that the text of the 4th line talks about "He meets a lord who is his equal.Good fortune." In other words there is help to move forward.

The related hexagram is H24, the hexagram of new beginnings (this hexagram is associated to the beginning of spring). "Return. Success. Going out and coming in without harm. Friends come. No blame."
All in all, I do not see this answer as "don't do it," this approach will not be easy and may present challenges but it provides a new beginning where you have the help of others.

This would be my interpretation. As always take what resonates and leave the rest ;)

I spoke to the manager, he explained how I can take better classes with more income. I don't know. It doesn't feel good.
