Shall I change my job

I am working with the current employer for 3 and I saw on the market that my role pays much more in other firms.
My transition will be from an accountancy firm into industry. So I will have some changes and challenges. I work with accountancy firms for 16 years. And a change will be a nice challenge.

I have 2 option to do this:
1. Putting myself forward with one of my existing client (I know they need someone)
2. Just browsing and sending CV

I asked the oracle about the 1st option, asking my client, and I received 53.5-52
I understand that it tells me to develop the idea with the client gradually (53) but then to keep still (52).
Shall I drop this plan? How do you see it?

For the second plan, to send CV, I received 46.4.6-50
I understand it tells me that it’s a good opportunity and I shall proceed (46). Which will then become the new way (50) of work.
Maybe this option is better than the first and I shall start applying for new role somewhere else?
How do you see these advices?

Newbie here: Looks good to me yet in both results I see warnings to be careful. In the first reading it seems to say things will eventually work out but may not go as you expect. The second cast .4 is great but .6 suggests to me that more discernment about where you apply is required, rather than the approach of “just browsing and submitting”.
