Monday - I was invited to audition for a play. The venue was far away and I would have to spend £35 in travel. I really debated on whether it was worth my trouble.
So I asked the Yi: "What will be the consequences of my audition today?"
I received: 64.2.6 > 16.
So I went. Then after the audition I asked....
"Will I be offered the part?"
I received 48.2.3.6 > 20
After the audition, my gut instinct said that I wouldn't get it. I felt that they found my performance interesting because they kept me in there a while but I personally felt I'm not what they were looking for.
So just an hour ago I received a very nice email saying that they really enjoyed my audition but couldn't offer me the part.
So 64 in my view meant - I was almost there but not quite. 16 has never been a good omen in my experience - it usually refers to false enthusiasm.
The second reading I felt meant that in my three chances, I couldn't hit the emotional balance required for the character; my emotions were either too contained or too intense. They have offered me feedback (20).. which I'm sure will say this.
