Taking prerequisites for a higher degree, but after some research it seems I am far away from my goal of ever being able to attend, and given that I am not sure it is worth the hassle/time to commute to take this class as some schools don't accept it. Think I pretty much have the interpretation right, but could be missing something?

Not sure what the underserved misfortune is in line 3, but line 6 says don't act or stay put. So basically don't take action. At the same time, given I've been at my job for a year with no growth or learning opportunities I also asked the I-Ching the following:
Should I look for another job? Hexagram 49.2 > 43.0
Line 2 advises taking action through careful planning and a proper attitude, but I have to stay determined to find a new path. My fear is the company keeps making false promises, and if stay much longer it may look bad as I am losing out on compensation and more importantly experience.
