Thank you for your reply, Diamanda. Yes, I sense the conflict that you speak of, including conflicts within myself about important life choices (work, where to reside, leaving extended family, etc.)This lack of clarity regarding so many aspects of my life, including whether to leave my current employer without having a new job lined up, and also the possibility of leaving the city where I currently reside is producing anxiety. So, how much of this conflict resides within myself? Do I need to figure out how to marshal the resources within me in order to move forward effectively?Hexagram 07 uc unchanging means army, war, a struggle. A difficult situation where a lot of effort and a lot of resources and tactics are needed - and also a leader or expert is needed, in order to direct these efforts towards winning.
So, should you resign? What does 'should' mean here?
Do you mean 'will you immediately find a great job after you resign'? If that's what you meant, then no, you'll be faced with a struggle, it will take a lot of effort, and because it's unchanging, the result of your efforts is not visible yet (only the struggle is visible for now). Or do you mean 'will it prove beneficial in the long run somehow'? 07 doesn't answer that either, it just shows that it will be a struggle, and you will need to acquire expertise during that struggle.
Hello Matali,Hello,
My hypothesis for your 7 UC : you need a strong organisation and discipline, and not resign right away. I would say that for now, you have to endure the situation...
And strategy for your project : Is your creation ripe to become independent ? What status ? If you want to integrate another structure, which one and in what position ?....... You have to become a warlord, the head of your company ?
The nuclear hexagram is 24 : the return to your passion ?
