Should I stay (12.1>25) or should I go (33.3.4.5>23)?

Hi everyone, this is my first time posting about my readings, so I apologize in advance if I did not quite do this right.

Background: There's this girl that I wanted to reach out to but we haven't talked in a several months. I found her online and was contemplating whether or not I should reach out to her. We got along really well but she up and left the area at the last minute and so we didn't get a chance to exchange contact.

I asked Yi two sets of questions to get an in-depth review of my decisions.
Question: What are the outcomes if I don't reach out to I first?
Answer: 12.1 to 25
Question: What are the outcomes if I do reach out to I first?
Answer: 33.2.4.5 to 23

My interpretation: If I don't initiate then nothing happens (clearly...) but it's also good in an expected way?? The latter part is very confusing with all the changing lines so I was hoping to get clarification on both parts but this especially. My interpretation is a bit surface level but I'm willing to learn other people's perspectives on this specific reading. Thank yo!

33,2,4,5 - 23. If you do reach out you may find she had assumed it was over between you.

The former seems about right but as for the latter, is there an opportunity for growth here?

I don’t know these lines comment on that - whether there is growth potential. Maybe read it as a warning you better reach out soon.
