Should I stay or should I go? 19.2 to 24 and 30 uc

Dear all, I'm at a crossroads:
What if I choose to go away? Hex 19.2 to 24 seems pretty clear to me. I see 24 as coming back to myself and trust the path that is unfolding.
What if I stay? Hex 30 unchanging, I see this hex uc as energy that can't flow. Inner conflict not resolved.

I know I'm giving really little insight, but I feel better not to.

I think you're right. 19.2 > also suggests an alliance ...so maybe joining with someone or some part of yourself in order to return? Staying strong in yourself but also respecting another?
And hex 30 I guess unchanging is sort of wait for the clarity to come, clarity is coming, is needed, will come and/or you already know or else you just need to get clear in yourself.

Any other insight?
Since I'm still at an impasse, I asked: what is the right thing to do? I got 24.1.4 to 16
Both lines specifically speak about the right thing to do... This is one of those times when hex 24 leaves me confused about the true meaning of Return. In this lines I see two strong messages that could have an opposite meaning: they seem to strongly invite me to follow what I think is right for me and a path of my own.
But it could also mean that maybe I've been following the wrong principles, and now it's time to come back to "the proper course".
Or it could also mean that I can come back and I should do it quickly, or there will be nothing left to do than go alone.
What do you think of this lines, do you have any experience with this combination?
