Should initiate action or hang back?

Hi. I’ve been trying to connect with someone from my past but haven’t had much progress. I asked how my efforts to communicate with this person would resolve itself. Yi said 19.2 to 24. Please help me to read the signs here. Thank you.

Although 19.2 - 24 suggests to me that although you are well intentioned (19.2) you may not get much of a response (24. Returning home alone). From this I would advise if you do reach out to your friend don’t say anything that would leave you feeling bad if you never heard back.

Thank you. I’m going to let this situation age for awhile. I may even abandon it completely from any attempt at action on my part. If they come to me, that would be wonderful but I’m not going to dwell on it if they don’t.
