Should l go to Russell lsland to live? 42.1 to 20

l am new to the l Ching although l discovered it by complete chance one day in a bookshop, several decades ago. l cannot afford to live in this expensive city any longer, and l know one friend who lives on a medium-size island called Russell lsland. l'm filled with trepidation about leaving the city, yet l feel l only have one more place which l must find to live in, before l die. Is Russell lsland the place which will nuture my soul and bring a sense of peace to me and my cat, Cashew?

Before embarking on a great undertaking, it is wise to prepare well.

In that process of preparing, there is a chance that you may find out that the whole project is not viable.
The "Supreme good fortune. No blame" therefore, in my opinion, does not refer to any outcome but to the fact of preparing well.

The lower trigram Thunder in H42 generates Earth through the moving line at the 1st position.
This is about wanting to implement ideas and plans too quickly without considering the consequences.
Earth advises giving plans and ideas space to develop. To let things take their natural course.

My interpretation of the answer would be: the idea of wanting to move is fine, but prepare well. Keep in mind that while preparing, you may come to the conclusion that it is not a viable option after all.
This may be that the whole idea of moving is not feasible, or that the specific location is not feasible.
