Should my friend take this work? Hexagram 9.2.5>22

My friend is looking at new work. We are currently both employed at the same place an as you guys know, it is bad at this point. So, she got an offer from a company that's not entirely connected with her previous work experience and interests and she went to two interviews for them already - seemingly doing ''poor impression'' but, amazingly, they've contacted her back. Money wise it is an improvement however, it is much bigger distance [not in the city centre, but in another city - 1.5 hour travelling each way]. Also, she would have bigger responsibilities. She is a kind spirit albeit very shy and not really social person. This work would probably entail stuff that includes such things like solving problems and interacting with people. I've asked the Oracle and got this result. My interpretation is that she would need to put some significant work on herself into it, but at the end she will be recognized and everything will turn out okay. Albeit, whether this is her best choice or she should look elsewhere? What do you guys make out of it? She will need to decide until Friday.

Just a short update/clarification- they contacted the agency and asked for her home address. And, interestingly, so far she had not heard back from them.

I think 22 warns this job is not as good an opportunity as she hopes. Or perhaps it means she will have to work hard to make what sounds good really be good. Or perhaps the opportunity is itself just a fantasy and she doesn't hear from them at all.

Just a short update - they contacted her today and offered 5k EUR more than she expected (it's a pretty decent offer right now).I wonder whether she should ask the Oracle again or the result is still valid? To me, personally, "numbers" arent the only thing that matters. She now wants to take it.

I see this as an individual following their dream - so I guess the issue is, does the friend see this job as being her dream job and is she being realistic with herself about her abilities to do the work, handle the commute etc.? The I Ching doesn't give yes or no answers.
If your friend wants to ask another question I think something like, "What would be my experience at this new job?"

Perhaps the 9.2.5 > 22 was saying in response to the question, "Should my friend take this job?" something like, "Well she hasn't even been offered the job yet " - I'm seeing 22 as meaning the job offer was still just a wish and therefore the I Ching was saying it was too soon to ask that question - but then she did get the offer so now perhaps we can call it a whole new situation. If it's a new situation then it would be appropriate to ask a new question.

She asked "what would be my experience in this new job?" and received Hexagram 4.6>7

I think her experience would be that this job could be good for her if this is the life she wants and she understands that it will be all consuming.

Thank you, I will pass her the message. I always somehow viewed getting hex 4 as something bad. �� (like when you are asking the same question many times, usually you are getting 4,but possibly unchanging) good to know it's not necessarily such case every time.
