Hi All,

I do believe in Divination and the idea of Karma in one's lifetime. To make it short, one of the main problem I am facing at this point in my life is my relationship with the opposite sex. I cannot communicate comfortably to them and have also had a sad relationship with a girl before, which I am still trying to get over. This problem with the opposite sex has been explained to me by a guru as a curse from my previous lifetime and will not end tlll it is resolved.

I recently met a girl and will like to get to know her better. My question to I Ching was:

"What can I expect from my call to Yi Ching just now for my near future?"

I got Hex 26.3.6

Leads to

Hex 19

I took the reading as a good sign. But if it is, then it is ironic because it isn't supposed to be like that. Can anyone share their interpretation with me?

Hex 26.3 says that your problems are gone but you must constantly be aware of unforeseen troubles, so always be prepared.

Hex 26.6 now your problem is gone, so now you can get on and do something positive, so go for action.

Hex 19 everything is starting to blossom, things in your life are going well, hope and progress, moving together in unison. Make the most of this period of time because spring does not last forever and neither does your good fortune.

I'm assuming that your question is in the context of this new girl?

26 has to do with containment of strong power or forces. From this I'm surmising that power or control is something to be reckoned with between this girl and yourself. There's also included the idea of learning from your past relationships, the good and not so good, which has come from your actions in the past.

Line 3, a good horse which follows. This may be showing a submissive nature, either yours or hers - I'm going to guess it's yours - and the necessity to be on your guard when you relinquish emotional power to someone. (Plus, it may not be what she wants in a guy.)

Line 6 shows a perfect balance of power, and I'd take that to mean a balance achieved between the two of you.

19 is the way you go about things, the approach, as it were, to a joyful union between you. The window of opportunity stays open only for a time, and if you do strike a relationship with her, you can expect that the honeymoon period also lasts only for a time.

Thanks for sharing your insights with me. Btw, in case the qn was confusing, "Yi Ching" is the gal's name and things DO look positive at this point in time..I guess it's due to this limited window I'm experiencing..

I'm glad you cleared that up I read your question several times and couldn't figure it out. I thought you were asking the I Ching what you could expect from it.
