I asked the I Ching to comment on Bush's daughter's purse being stolen while she was eating lunch at an outdoor restaurant.

I received..

27. Nourishment, changing to..
51. Shock!

It's my experience that if questions are not too serious the I Ching can answer with a sense of humor.

Recently I was talking with a friend about the I Ching and a project she planned to start.
Just to see how the I Ching would react I asked something like: "how can I give the best possible feedback/comments on what she does (the project)?"

The answer I got was 5 (waiting), line 2 moving, 63 Settled.

Of course this was very true. I have to wait.... she didn't even start with the project
