Student leaving 45>2

We have a student at school that neither of us, as staff, have the capacity or knowledge to work with.
After a long discussion with the Principal yesterday she said she needs to make a decision, most likely asking him to find a better resourced school

What do I need to know about him leaving the school

A present update
Line 5 - A group has been formed as the line suggests. It's a mix of teachers, his parent and her employers, where we're all in agreement what needs to be done to keep the boy at the school.
Personally I don't trust the boy as he's too unpredictable but I'm comfortable with working within the group unless and until it's proved one way or the other.
