I asked the question if X was seeing anyone else other than me and I got hex 20.1.4.6 to 17

I am not sure at all what the i ching is trying to tell me in regards to this question. I tried to attempt reading it for myself but I am at a loss.

You are asking the I Ching to tell you something about him, but the I Ching usually doesn't do that, play the spy. It chooses rather to tell you something about yourself: That you should go and ask him if he is seeing other people. This is something you can find out on your own, by communicating with him.
