From my Log, I had hexagram 13 but with the lines 3 and 6 changing, on the 17' of March 1998.
If I do not remember wrong, back then I only had, besides my very first translation by Richard Wilhelm, the translations of John Blofeld and Alfred Huang. Alfred Huang advises line three to be the Oracle in this case and I remember that I didn't understood the answer given to me here at all.
Later, when looking in the Wilhelm edition my attention was caught on these words by Confucius and I found them to give me, if not an answer then a hope yet they were added to another Line than the ones I received.

When investigating deeper my edition of Alfred Huang I got later, maybe two years... ? I've attached my reading from back then, the footnote (in red square) is a later addition that points toward Alfred Huangs advice concerning the chosen Line
