The Dao of Ukraine for this year? 31, 4,6, to 53

I'm very moved by what's going on in Ukraine for years now (since at least 2014) and asked about the Dao of this country for 2022.

The result was very interesting for me as it seems to me it may center on the relationship of the Ukraine with the Free World; the power of "words" (meaningful ones, propaganda and empty promises) and an only very gradual development (at least for the better) and the absolute necessity to hold a moral high ground, at the very least compared to Putin's Russia. Maybe the results hints to the possibility to join the EU politically in some way and form.

31"Influence": The Chinese character for 'influence' shows a mouth and a weapon: the influence goes deep, and makes us vulnerable.
'Constancy brings good fortune, regrets vanish. Wavering, wavering, going and coming, (only?) friends follow your thoughts.'
'Influence in your jaws, cheeks and tongue.'
53 "Gradual Progress": 'The woman marries. Good fortune. Constancy bears fruit.'

What is your take on that?

In the response to your enquiry, 31<>53, Yi could be saying that the Dao of the Ukraine for 2022 is held within a state of moral high ground and from there the country can only advance once some other activity has taken place (53). There is a strong calling out urging for this change to happen (31) as the hearts of the world empty their love into Ukraine and when the time is right the impetus will become apparent and the change begin to manifest and be clear for all to see,

31.4 - the healing path will be uncertain in it's nature, however the path needs to be steadfastly followed.
31.6 - The power of words of truth do not hold everything fast for ever and need to be followed through with other displays of truth to fulfill this Dao.

... or it might mean nothing like this at all.

In all it seems to me, that communication is the number one theme here.

Line six as the "babbling overlord" (Russia), line four as Ukraine. Troubled, but friends follow...

The Way depicts the natural order of things within the Universe and is never just a straight line journey. As with all events in life there will be a natural negotiation that takes place for progress and that I see as being the main theme and not one of just communication.

Your question around the Dao of Ukraine for me does not begin and end in answers about the current conflict. Evoking the Dao, means you evoke the whole of the Dao. The Dao, by it's very nature, contains elements of moral, philosophical, social or cultural activity as well as the physical, emotional, mental and even religious (spiritual) health, well-being or balance of that nation.

For me lines 4 and particularly line 6 point in the direction of Ukraine and it's place in the natural order of the Universe, rather than being just Ukraine is line 4 and Russia is line 6.
