Time for a dog 14>51

Recently I've had 3 instances where people acted inappropriately towards me.....nothing new but I'm soooo over it. I know I'm not the only single woman that has to put up with this rubbish but time for a change for me.
I'm still travelling and housesitting and have thought a few times about getting a dog particularly for the safety aspect.

What do I need to know about this being the right time to get a dog

Line 2 - my car loaded for travelling
Line 3 - the dog offering me safety and me offering a rescue (from the pound) for the dog
Line 6 - The protection from having the dog would be heavenly to me

There's a stray 5 where you wrote down your reading - looks like you got 14.2.3.6 since that's what you wrote about.

The reading does look encouraging, but with this sort of thing only if you think it makes sense in real life. Lines can have caveats that are easy to miss because they sound good superficially.

I say that because of things like 14.2's "with a direction to go, no mistake." Once I got 14.2 about buying something which I wasn't sure I should spend money on. I did, and I'm glad I have it, but I think the point of the line was it was okay only if it carried me somewhere. If I didn't use it to serve a purpose (I knew what that was), then it would have been a mistake.

Also wonder what might happen to your housesitting endeavors if you have a dog. I haven't been keeping up with your threads very well, sorry, but have gleaned you're thinking of stopping that anyway. I just wonder if people would balk if the prospective housesitter was bringing a dog along.

Thanks for the heads up about the 5 Lisellle!!

Definitely a purposeful reason for me to have one. I've had 2 in the past although not in recent years so I'm keen to have another one.
I'm just asking other housesitters in a fb group about the feasibility and it seems there's little to no issues but of course it depends on a few things.
