Hi,

As some of you who have very kindly already helped me know that I am new to this forum. I asked the yi a question regarding relocation:

Should I move to x (home city)
44 unchanging

Would it be good for me to move home and restart?
32.1

Both big No No's!

A little background - I am now 26 and been living in a foreign country for 8 years. I feel ready to move back in every way down to a job back home but the yi gave me really harsh answers! LOL. Why so harsh? Makes me think I am making a grave mistake.

Any advice greatly appreciated. I Ching is so cryptic! :)

Sounds more like "needs thoughtful preparation" to me than "no" :) Although you've had time to think about things and feel ready to move, it may take others time to get used to the idea. Maybe more discussion with those you may be connecting up with back home?

Why so harsh? Sometimes you need to let the words sink in and let life unfold. It's the only way you will learn to understand that Yi is not cryptic, but has a very wide range of interpretations which only ou can fully understand. But you need to give the castings some time to become clear to you.

It is only natural to want to change something in a big way, especially when you realise that there is nothing to gain with your ex anymore. But just like you were cautioned in your other readings - stay low and be happy with small gains, you cannot achieve anything great right now. Accept where you are.

Dear futuristic flow,

I agree with your interpretation, the answer is no. But two things spring to mind. First, the Y is saying that it is not a good idea to move to city X, because this is the city you specified in your question. Second, the Y is not saying that it is not a good idea to move back home, but the way you are trying to do things. It seems that you haven't thought things through yet, so you need to give your idea more thinking, more planning, more certainty about why and how you will be doing it.

Hope that helps:bows:
