Transfer to another building

I would like to move out asap. I'm on the waiting list of buildings in areas in the city that are safe and I'm waiting for a vacancy to come up. Where I am is great. An excellent penthouse studio with spectacular views and near the lake but I want a one bedroom. I don't want to move just anywhere.

I asked please comment on best action to take to get XXX corporation to transfer me to another building at present.

Perhaps you could let them know what your needs are. Otherwise, you may not be transferred until they can find a penthouse studio comparable to the one you have now.
