travelling to see a doctor - two dates, hex 21 or 42, which is better?

Hello,

I am traveling abroad to see a doctor who is treating my jaw joint problem. Next time I go he will determine in which direction should we continue the treatment. I want to get him in a good moment when he has time to focus on my problem and make a good decision - and is also in a good mood and I can discuss things with him - sometimes he doesn't feel like explaining things and it drives me crazy. I also want a smooth trip ... There were a few dates possible, but most of them got undoubtedly bad hexagrams. Two are ok, but I'm not sure which one is better. 21 unchanging (this one is interesting because it talks about the jaws) and the other one was 42, unchanging.

What do you think?

I would personally choose the 42.

21 indeed talks about the jaws, but it sounds quite harsh to me.
Biting and cracking... justice and clearly defined penalties... sort of an "ouch!" situation.
