Hi everybody
I need your precious help on this reading.
Lately I have been offered a new job which is very different from what I used to do, but it could be an opportunity to improve my financial situation in these very tough times.
The job interview went very very well: my future boss was so impressed that he quickly made me the best proposal I’ve ever had. So, I equally quickly accepted, although the job itself is boring and a little hard for me (I need a training course).
But...the day after everything changed: he told me that he rethought about the job and changed his mind, because he didn’t have the time to training me.
I was totally shocked  .
He said I could have a week trial to see how the thing goes working together.
I don’t know what I have to do: I’m really confused  because I don’t trust him anymore and I’m afraid to waste my time.
So, I asked I Ching and the answer was the hex. 5.3 < 60...
What do you think about it?
Thanks in advance if you can help me out...i’m really waiting in the mud ;)
p.s. sorry for my bad English!

[Should I take this job on trial?]
5.3 > 60

Welcome to Clarity, Kulta. 5 is about waiting, and you have line 3, the line of difficulty. A job on trial is a waiting for the realing thing, and you expect difficulty (the job itself is boring and a little hard for me). 60, Limitation, suggests the difficulty will not last, so I think you should take the job and see how it turns out.

Thank you!

Hi Pocossin
Nice to meet you :)
I'm afraid this job on trial could be just a sop to keep me quiet. Moreover, I think the boss changed his mind, because he suddenly found someone else who fits better than me for this job.
I felt a little discouraged and I read the hexagrams as a confirmation to my fears...
But your reading gives me hope :)
Namaste
Thank you for your response :bows:

what if I give up? 13.2 > 1

Dear Pocossin and everybody

I've made my decision and I'm going to give this job (and this boss) a try and see how it goes.
By the way, I asked I Ching what if I give up following my inner feelings, and the answer was hex 13.2 into 1.
I found it very interesting: what do you think?

Have a nice day and thank you for paying me attention

p.s. please, tell me if I do something wrong in this forum: i'm just a newbie
p.p.s. why I can't visualize the thanks button?

You are doing everything right. The missing thanks button is a mystery. Apparently new members do not get a thanks button until they have made 10 posts.

The trial period is over and I didn’t get the job…
During this trial time I felt a little fooled, as if everything was already decided before, but even so I struggled to prove my real worth, my ability to learn quickly, my etc etc.
But, at the end, I realized I wasn’t really cut out for this job, (tough I would be able to do it.)
And maybe this was the meaning of a hex 5 judgment “If you are sincere, you have light and success.”
About nine in the third place, I think it was referred to a senior
company consultant who was clearly hostile to me (because of my inexperience).
About hex 60, now I can see clearly that the “galling limitation” was this job that didn’t fit me, except for the pay  because I know how hard is to do something I really don’t like, in a hostile working environment, only for money.

Thank you Pocossin for paying attention and thank everybody who read it :bows:
