Type Of Relationship (19.2.6 > 27)

Hey All

I just got out of a rough patch in a relationship with a girl (mostly due to misunderstandings), so I asked the IC "What type of relationship should I expect to have with x?" (I was thinking about different types of relationships such as lovers, friends, the so called friends with benefits, etc.).

Now I've been reading a lot about this reading (19.2.6) but I haven't seem to be able to connect it to a particular type of relationship, it all seems to point to a growing and nurturing relationship but I haven't found a reference to the type.

Could anyone please help me with this one?.

well the kind of relationship you can expect is the kind of you relationship you decide to nurture i think (27) In 19 i think theres nothing set in stone, and work is required to make potentials actualities. With 27 there if you want a certain kind of relationship i think you should work hard at what that kind of relationship might require. if you want a friendship you work on providing whats needed for friendships to thrive , if you want more you think about whats needed to make a romance thrive.

Its important to recognise potentials and make them grow (19) if you want them to blossom by feeding them (27)

Thank you for the insight trojan, then again I think every relationship becomes exactly what you make of it, however I think there's something else hidden in the lines.

Line 2 talks about joint ventures, so I guess it could mean something about a bigger relationship, Karcher says (in Love Signals) that this line signals the return of something important, however the line also talks about not submitting to fate, which I would see as "don't wait for everything, take action".

Line 6 talks about greathearted approach and a relationship with line 2, it also talks about using one's knowledge to help others (which is funny because in my last talk with this girl she said "I don't know how to express what I feel for you", to which I answered "Well, tell me when you're ready and I'll help you express it"). Karcher talks (again in Love Signals) about decreasing the commitment to renew the relationship's energy and again talks about the return of something important.

So in the end I guess the reading means that I should take action and "guide" both her and me in this relationship so that it becomes whatever we nurture it to be (kinda paradoxical right?)

What do you think about this trojan, does it even make sense??

P.S.: Now that I think of it maybe the whole helping her express what she feels is important, can you help me maybe formulate a question regarding that or "guide" me regarding that?

You get a little bit of a mixed message in these lines, and I think the best potential here for the time being is friends. The good news is there is one yang line changing, and one yin, the bad news is the two lines aren't in a position of correspondence. The second line properly belongs to the fifth, and the sixth has gone beyond the realm of relationship, at least for the time being, and is corresponding only as a friend. I think hexagram 27 might mean you need to work on it.
