Ultimately I would like something that lasts; yet I just seem to just be quite unlucky in love, why is this? 51.5.6>25

A few ideas - based on the imagery of the hexagrams:

I think it's desirable to see new potential relationships as just that - new beginnings, new opportunies; so you may want to ask, are there things - such as past hurts or past relationship patterns - which are keeping you from seeing things anew?

Sometimes it's good and desirable to let our desires and our passions guide us, but is it possible you need a bit less 'tail-wagging-dog' - less of being lead around by your desires? So, perhaps you might want to consider balancing this by asking, what is it I want in a relationship? What long term goals might I want to consider? - along with fulfilling you immediate needs.

All the best ....

Because you meet sudden opportunities for love that shake you up, but pass rapidly without leading to a commitment.

I will make a list, but just off I would say I will settle for someone who will stick around and not just leave for wishy washy reasons or because things got a little bit difficult or there was a disagreement

I also have asked what can I learn from these experiences, so that either this won't happen again or won't have the same end result? 2.5>8
