vocation - what should i do for a living? 22.5-37

Yeah well I have I very well paid and stable job (maybe life's way of compensating my personal/relational mess )), but I'm not happy even at work, I feel I should be doing something else (I do not want to quit my job, but maybe doing my "real" job for a hobby and then, who knows) So I asked the Yi for guidance and the reply is
22.5-37
The first thing that came to my mind is SEAMSTRESS just like your Mother (37)
And of course i'm completely incapable of holding a needle in my hand .

PS: Being an italian woman I'm of course mad with fashion ... but just wearing it and seing it in museums, it is true though that a perfecly cut and seamed dress can move me to tears, just thinking of the patience and the work required and the skills and ... did you say mother issues?

But the gifts he has to offer are poor and few, so that he feels ashamed.
However, it is not the material gifts that count, but sincerity of feeling, and so
all goes well in the end.

Theres nothing like beautiful clothes to lift a girl ! Hey maybe this is your way out of 'the pit'.....retail therapy...if you can't make the clothes you will have to buy them...Yi said "go shopping"

I think 22.5 is encouraging you to have confidence in doing what you want to do.
If theres something you'd like to do but don't feel qualified to do or feel some embarrasment about even trying may be you should go for it anyway.

I feel 22.5 is the line of embarrasment....but you are encouraged not to pay these feelings of unworthiness such heed. Sometimes it can be very hard though so 22.5 can take some courage


If I had got this answer to this question i'd actually search out where my feelings of aspiration versus shame were. Sometimes 22.5 is so literal. I often had it when mingling with people who I feel are above me in some way. It does suggest you aspire higher than where you are now.

This line 22.5 suggests a few things to me. One is that you need more joy, more sense of creativity because the job you have is good, but not fulfilling. Although it may seem that you wouldn't make the same income, in fact, your true talent could bring you far more than you realise -- also a closer connection with family? Just asking there if that could be possible -- it would seem so. Or maybe turn to family for assistance to make this happen? The only thing in your way is that you need to get your ideas together and go for it. Don't give up, don't be intimidated. You have what it takes.

The talent you possess you don't yet believe in, but you could if you persist in simply doing what makes you happy. Don't know why, but I'm thinking fashion accessories. You have excellent taste and could advise others in what they wear. How about design? In any case, be happy because that is the clue,.

22 is good for anything to do with the arts or adornment. Fashion, then, is very good for you. Look beyond being seamstress to other things as well. If your present job has anything that can be converted for use in the fashion industry, then look that way, for example. But don't be impulsive. Don't simply jump out of the work you are doing now. But 22 bodes well for anything to do with the arts or adorning, and 37 bodes well for the outcome.
