Want to move, but got this.

As much as I want to move and live somewhere else. I already have my next destination in focus. All I can do now, is wait for financial agreements to come to plan, then I am off. But while waiting, I asked a simple question in hindsight, and asked if "will I stay here in (town) forever?"

And as I result, I got this.

I am aware that the hexagram .1 is an auspicious sign. Which has made me kinda worried because I really want to move somewhere else.

Could somebody clarify for me what this means?

Hey libralee, the reading really just indicates the potential of your idea of moving is there but nothing is set, yet. Hex 1 the idea and Hex 9 taking things one step at a time. Wait for the financial plan to come to fruition and then see what happens. - Liss

thank you so much! I was affraid that the Hex 1 meant that I would be fixed here. Just out of curiosity, what does the changing line 4 mean?
