This is just a general reading I do every week, but this week stands out a little extra due to valentines day, needing to file for bankruptcy, and some interesting astrology.

I'm concerned about valentines day because I'm trying to get over a crush on someone at work who is engaged. I just recently switched departments so I'm in his work area more often and vice versa so I'm terrified of seeing or hearing something that will hurt. The first line and the relating hex I feel are potential warnings about observing something that makes me feel jealous but I don't want to assume this reading is all about him.

As for the 5th line, I shouldn't try to go out of my way to accomplish something major, and I should seek someone's advice. Maybe that's referring to talking with a lawyer for the bankruptcy, which is definitely necessary because I feel like a scared little kid. Bankruptcy at 22 with no knowledge of legal matters is a very stressful and confusing thing.

About the astrology I mentioned, pluto is opposing my sun from my 8th house and saturn is opposing my moon from my 9th at the same time, and although the aspects have already perfected and are now separating, I still have my eye out for something to crop up. I believe the bankruptcy is covered by the Pluto aspect but the saturn one I'm still not sure about. The general astrology is also looking interesting with mars/venus conjunct pluto (again, opposite my sun)

Hex 27 is all about nourishing. It's a big gaping mouth. Thunder under the mountain. The world is not moving by itself, you must take radical action. To nourish yourself. Financially and romantically.

To me the first line speaks of how you are hanging with your mouth open, waiting for nourishment of soul, heart or wallet to come from above but you do not chase the spiritual tortoise, symbolic for the help given in previous divination. To quote James DeKorne interpretation: "Image of a "needy” victim. Grow up!" That is my interpretation of this scenario.

The other moving line suggests that doing things unconventional is good but not if it is for huge change. You SHOULD/CAN NOT cross the great river, at least if it's by unconventional paths. If you are thinking of doing some big and unconventional change, do not.

Yet thus not mean you should not do anything, just conventionally or small unconventional change. My interpretation. Contemplate, like the relating hex says.

Furthermore, I also did my own Valentine's reading: 44.2.6 to 31
The main hex talks about not courting a woman, while the relating says it is auspicious. Very interesting that both judgments are about courtship! Makes me a believer. Cheers.

Update: Valentine's day went OK, the guy wasn't working that day so it was fairly peaceful. I ended up procrastinating on the bankruptcy stuff because I was tired so there wasn't anything about that.

However, yesterday, I think I may have run into the guy with his fiance while I was working. I was scared out of my mind so I didn't get a close enough look to be sure it was him but as soon as they started walking in my direction I abruptly dropped what I was doing and went into the back room. If it *was* them, they would definitely know that I was running away which is kind of embarrassing. After that I started avoiding him more and felt sick for several hours after.

In hindsight it very well could have not been him because a) I think every brown haired average height white man is him and b) the guy I saw was definitely wearing something green but when I saw him in his work area he was wearing black but maybe he took it off. Idk. If you can't already tell, I'm thoroughly insane.

I'm having a hard time applying line 5 to the events of this week but the relating hex and line 1 manifested as literally as I feared they would.
