Hello! I am five months postpartum and still breastfeeding and haven't lost any weight since giving birth. I am very happy but my weight is bothering me.
I should lose 12 kgs to bounce back, but i would like to lose 20 kgs in total and be at my goal weight. I feel very unsure and have zero self confidence and would like for my baby girl to have a confident mom that can achieve her goals. So i asked if it would be possible for me to lose 20 kgs and the answer was 47.4 to 29.

I have lost that amount of weight before, about 12 years ago, and mantained until the lockdown, but this time i find myself unable to seek for help, afraid to compromise my already complicated breastfeeding journey.. i have a lot on my plate (literally ahah) and can't stop eating carbs and dessert. I had a good feeling about the reading so wanted to share for the first time.
thank you so much.

Wilhelm:
He comes very quietly, oppressed in a golden carriage.
Humiliation, but the end is reached.

A well-to-do man sees the need of the lower classes and would like very much to be of help. But instead of proceeding with speed and energy where their is need, he begins in a hesitant and measured way. Then he encounters obstructions. Powerful and wealthy acquaintances draw him into their circle; he has to do as they do and cannot withdraw from them. Hence he finds himself in great embarrassment. But the trouble is transitory. The original strength of his nature offsets the mistake he has made, and the goal is reached.

You believe you'll have a hard time losing weight but that limitation is only on your mind and not in the objective world. In other words, it's hard because you believe so. However, you're seeing far into the future that being neglectful with your health is gonna cause you many headaches and perhaps experienced people will tell you so and you'll have a wake-up call that'll make you finally reach your goal.
