What area should i work on related with self improving? 42.1.3>53

Hi all,

so, I get from this reading that I'm in the good path of self improvement, but i was hoping it helped me to identify a specific area i could work on more, and I'm not seeing it on the reading (42.1.3>53). I just see that i will improve by some random and lucky event, and with misfortune of someone else.

Can someone give me pointers about this reading, please?
