Supposedly listening to this frequency causes the brain to release Serotonin and dopamine. Curious what you might see in the ic response. Maybe that it’s a good start?

I wonder if it’s saying you have enough experience to determine for yourself the effect it’s having. That you can watch with wisdom because you’re experienced at trying things and determine how beneficial they are to you. And perhaps the child’s view is about the simplicity of it? Just experiencing the frequency with no preconceptions.

Yi is being quite blunt with you here, almost rude, as it can be at times.

It says

'A child seeing.
For small people, no mistake.
For a noble one, shame.'

That's quite direct isn't it? It's okay to look at things like a child if you are a child or if you are a small person but if you are older and wiser then seeing things as a child would is shameful. It uses the word 'shame' there's no getting away from that.

So I think Yi implies as you are an adult you must judge this thing as an adult. Within this lies the implication this thing is a toy, a frippery, something for children to believe in. There's lots of things out there that claim to make us happy or claim to be the secret of a peaceful mind and so on. If Yi is talking to you here about the difference between the noble one and the child I think it's saying use your adult judgment.

I don't see anything in the line about it being a good start, not sure where you get that.

I have been working with tuning forks and vibrational healing therapies for several years now with remarkable results for myself and many friends. I was curious as to how the I Ching would describe this healing effect and particularly I wondered if simply listening to the frequencies on youtube was as effective as an in-person session with a tuning fork practitioner.

Trojina - Because line 20.1 is at the beginning of the hexagram I thought it might indicate starting and because it changes to 42. Abundance I thought it might indicate a good start.

No problem. I didn't experience this answer as rude. I think it was saying that listening to the frequencies on youtube was a good place to start but that there is a lot more benefit to be had if one looks further into the whole topic, goes on to work with actual tuning forks.

So you're seeing

'A child seeing.
For small people, no mistake.
For a noble one, shame.'

as if a noble person only stays with youtube and doesn't go beyond there's shame but if a beginner/child/small person goes to youtube to hear these frequencies that's not a mistake?

That's a possible take I guess, not one that would occur to me but it's your reading so your perspective has to play a part.

But the whole answer is about Seeing, 20, Viewing, you asked 'what benefit?' Yi answers with 'look' and then talks about the maturity of the one who looks and whether how they are looking at something is fitting for their level of maturity or experience. That also does kind of fit with your take.
