A couple of nights ago I had a wonderful dream about me and a tiger, swimming deep into the ocean, towards the ocean floor. The feeling I took with me from this dream was an amazing sense of warmth and safety, almost a womb-like feeling. I was swimming with the tiger, she was huge, at least twice as big as a normal tiger. I was never frightened, we just swam together in silent sisterhood, deep within the great stillness of the beautiful ocean, the water was calm and the view was majestic.
Near the end of my dream a voice spoke to me and said that if I wanted to keep the bond with the tiger I should go to sleep with her. I followed the tiger to her nest, lots of tigers where sleeping on the ocean floor, on a big cozy pile
I followed my tiger - friend as she found a resting place on the tiger-pile. I found a good spot for myself, made myself comfortable and while listening to the sound of their breathing and spinning I fell asleep in my dream. Soon after I woke up.
It was one of those dreams I remember quite clear, if not quite completely. Whenever I have dreams that invoke a certain feeling that I take with me after waking up, I know they are somehow important to me so I carry them with me for a while, writing them down in hopes of deciphering them one day.
I feel that the dream was about discovering hidden potential, or finding other like-minded people with the same potential. Also I felt some kind of divine protection after waking up, a sense of deep calm and security and an overall feeling that everything was gonna be alright, an absence of fear.
I was wondering if the Yi could help me with a dream explanation?
What did my dream mean? Hex 48 3.5 to 7
I definitely see the link with my own interpretation about hidden resources, hex 48 with the changing lines, and hex 7 is about organizing through discipline, anyway the dream seems to urge me to take action, my potential being not yet fulfilled.
Also hex 7 is the image of water under the earth, a resource available but hidden, something powerful that requires effort to access. Again about hidden resources.
I'd love to hear your thoughts on this one!
