Well, you know that he likes you, as there is a lot of passion and intensity here but he knows in his heart that you and him can never be together as one, that there will always be a distance between you, because his marriage is preventing him from going any further.

If he is married, let him go for now. If his marriage ends, fine. But don't count on him leaving his wife for you. Men rarely do that. They will make excuses about there being complications, and so on and so on just to keep a woman on the hook. There is a wide world out there. Find someone who is available. Line one says, "One's steps are confused." This is a very confusing situation. It also says "one is too ambitious." It sounds to me like you are trying to bite off more than you can chew. I mentioned before hexagram 56 can mean your ambitious nature in line 1 can drive him away. It can also mean straying, but in this case not very likely permanently. Lots of men like to have a mistress and they will promise them anything to keep them around, but divorce costs men a lot of money, and there are property settlements to be considered, a man can lose most of what he has worked for, not to mention being tied up in the courts... Then beyond that, once he is divorced, he might decide he wants to play around a bit and not get right back into a serious relationship. You are playing with fire here and you are likely to get hurt. It has nothing to do with morals, it is just not smart to get involved with a married man. You may think it is true love, but he may be thinking other things. There are good men out there who are available. Find one.
