Dear All,
Following at the advice on questions about relationships I asked Yi, what does he want from me? of course it is about a romantic relationship. It answered 20.6-8, I can think of two ways of interpreting it, pausing before the next step (seeking union) or the contrary, seeking union describes his actual state and then he is deciding not to act?

Seems to me he is observing you, evaluating you. How did the relationship begin, the effect it has in his life (and in yours too). Only then he might compromise himself, depending on his conclusions in terms of seeing or not that you match his life style and interests.

Just to add that his attitude can be quite detached and unsettled, which you would find confusing and difficult to deal with.
