I am too caught up in my negative feelings about him to suss this out.

7 - the Army: with constancy. With mature people good fortune, no mistake.

I see The Marrying Maiden as being about responding to a leader. In this case it seems to be saying people do not respond to Trump.

54.1The lame can still walk.
Even though we have a no leadership we the people can still take care of ourselves.

54.4 The Marrying Maiden over runs the set time. Delays and marries at the right time.
The people do not respond to or pass Trump's initiatives. Bills are delayed until he's out.

7. The Army.
Strong leaders rise up from amongst the general populace and take charge - as is happening with the teenagers staging protests about the latest school shooting.
