What if i don't have children? 44.6>28

Hello all,
Some of my friends have started to have families and I feel a tension in myself. I'm quite a free spirited guy and part of the tension could be that I don't conform to society that well. In general I like children, love playing with nephews etc, but not sure how I would cope with my own.

I asked: what if I don't have children? 44.6>28

Hex 28 makes me think it could be too much. Line 6 ('Coupling with your horns. Shame – not a mistake.') I am really not sure how to interpret? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

44.6 shows one probing something with his horns and in my experience this is generally rather a vigorous exploration after which one decides to reject whatever it was.

Also 44 can signify intrusion into your life and children are certainly that. I think your answer very much describes your process of thinking it through. You are probing the idea quite thoroughly before deciding you don't much want this.

I think it's good to be so honest with yourself. Far too many people have children just because their friends are having them and the world is over populated already.
