What if I get rid of my roommate? 12.5 to 35

It has been a while since the last time I have been here.
I have a roommate, the girl that 10 years younger than me. I have to say that the lease is on me, so I am subletting one of my rooms. So I found her, she is passive-aggressive with me, I feel like she lies to me always having excuses and being defensive when I confront her about things she didn't do. I usually don't bother her, but there are things like cleaning etc.
So I asked Yi, what if I get rid of her, it replied with 12.5.
My question is who is a great man in this situation? Does it mean I will be relieved by letting her go? Am I obstructed because of her. Also, LiSe translates this hexagram as "Say no to wrong people".
Please give me you advice.
The corresponding line of hexagram 35 is auspicious, does it mean, yes, I should let her go?

I agree basically . Here's my read on it.
12 speaks about an impasse, when inferior and weak elements have taken over.
That is the situation with your roommate, I suppose.
12.5 says that you have the opportunity to break through this impasse, only if you are resolute. Do not miss the opportunity or be too optimistic about it. It is time for a breakthrough.
35 says there will be progress i doing so and, again, to be careful but firm about it.

Hi Zumi, I agree with gnichi. It's time for you to get rid of her but telling her that you're the lease holder and you can chuck her out isn't the right way to go about it. It's best to find a more amiable way to get rid of her.
Man passive-agressive people suck - Hex 12 talks about not letting her inferior elements prevail by trying not to lose your inner equilibrium because of it, but that's hard to do because you never know when their moods gonna change.
Before you make any move to get rid of her try to settle back into your own root chakra and you will come from a place of balance.

Thank you very much everyone! I appreciate so much your opinion. The problem is she took over a bill without my permission, (VERIZON customer service Sucks!!!), and now refuses to tell me the user ID, so I am not sure how clean I can come out of the situation. I called Verizon, and they started talking about fraud, so I am not sure what I can do. Besides, rights now is Mercury retrograde, so all communication gets messed up, it's bad to start new things, like looking for new roommate, I suppose. But I guess I will have to call Verizon again about the fraud. It's just the router and all internet equipment is in her room.

Zumi, Mercury retrograde is excellent for correcting errors and going back over things that have gone wrong, in order to make restitution. So it is a good time to correct things, as I see it.

I just asked the Oracle, what if I tell her today to start looking. It gave me 11.3.4 to 54 I don't like it. I do feel inferior because of her refusal to give the user id.

Well, we just talked, she acts friendly, so I guess, that's the way to go. Goddessliss, you are right, I do have to be firm, because she acts like nothing happened. But next time I will be stressed out about her again.

Thank you so much, dear members for your time! To take a cat feels like a big commitment, but I am seriously considering it. I have no family members living close to me, so it's a bit scary, but I feel very lonely sometimes, since I am single and starting my career.

I was going to get a dog a couple of months back because of loneliness but it never felt right then the other day I got offered a free piano - now that felt right and it was delivered on Monday. Now that's a commitment to me cause it's not easy to shift a piano from one house to the next!!

Hi everyone, so back to the square one. My roommate is a big lier. She told me she would get rid of her toaster in her room that makes my room stink. She keeps it in her room in railroad apartment, even though I told her that's not safe and she should move it to the kitchen. Second, it seems like it would be hard to do that, because I have made a huge mistake by not making a copy of the key from her room. When I told her to give me the key, she offered yo make it herself, but I already know that she just lies to me, hoping that I would forget and move on. Third, she has a closet behind the door that connects her room to mine, so I don't have the access to it. Also, I need to bring the router from her room to my room so she would not change the internet user ID again. And the last, I have to put the lock on my door, because I trusted her and didn't do it earlier.

So, in the end I asked Yi What should I do to get rid of her? It replied with hexagram 3.1.3.5 to 15. As you can see, the task is pretty hard, but I do need to get rid of this disrespectful 22 years old parasite with sweet tongue. The hexagram judgment and the line 1 talk about appointing helpers, so that's why I am writing here. Line 3 worries me, it says I have to stop, but I have so much to correct, all those things I wrote above. Line 5 says I have to have a small determination. I don't like that! It's my apartment, and I want to be stress free when I am there! Also, she has a weird rude mother, that would come and protect her.
What should I do? (( first, I was thinking to go tomorrow to her and ask for the key to make a spare one. Also, she always hides in her room, and waits till I leave to my room to come out to the kitchen. So weird! Makes me very stressed, because I don't trust her.

Omg, I am really getting worked up about all this ( I asked Yi Will I be able to evict B next month, it replied with 42.4, which talks about shifting the capital. Does it mean I am the one who would have to leave?! But the lease is on me!

I read it as a positive line:
Liu: If you are moderate in your conduct, people will follow you. It is beneficial to be dependent or move to a new place.
She will follow your thought and move to a new place. I think its a go ahead. The line 42.4 does say to be moderate though, so I think you need to be careful about how you present it to her.

Update.

A couple of weeks ago she called me in the late evening and announced that she is moving out because she got accepted to some summer program out of state, so she is moving out on last day of June. Well, I was happy for her, and for myself . I think hexagram 12.5 meant that back then I was obstructed and could not do anything about the situation, but it all went to progress, as hexagram 35 implies.
