What if I shave off my beard and buzz my head? 50.2.3.6

I need a change, and thought this would be a definite catalyst. My hair is longer than it has ever been (about shoulder length), and I've got a bit of a beard going on (it IS wintertime..). I also just so happen to be in need of new work right now, and cleaning myself up seems a decent idea. Of course, one can still be well groomed with long hair and a beard, but that of course wouldn't be as drastic as getting rid of it all together.

Anyway, I posed it to the Yi, and thought this might be an interesting one to post up for interpretation:
What if I shave off my beard and buzz my head? 50.2.3.6 ---> 16

It seems to indicate a possible positive improvement, and to go in line with a sort of refinement, and getting oneself ready to receive new things. But the lines 2 and 3 seem to possibly complicate that a bit. Would people think that's kind of a weird thing to do and think differently of me??

How do you interpret this?

If you do this, your head will get cold. Even when the temperature is in the 70's, when the wind blows your head will be cold.

I just had to tell you.

Also you will get a strange response from some people, you may find bald heads for some exist in a place they can't see into, you become invisible so much so that they can't see past you if you're on a line or something, their vision stops before it reaches you.

This might be even be in the lines - or not. But I remember it well, when I was 18 and trying to get Jesus to appear to me.

50.2 - The judgement of others doesn't affect you negatively.
50.3 - "'The vessel's ears are changed" -aka- getting your ears lowered.
50.6 - Encouraging this is the right path with good fortune.
16 - "Thunder bursts forth from the earth" - Changing your hair will create an impression on yourself and others, like a song that vibrates your soul. It is powerful to do this.

I don't think it looks very encouraging.
50.2 may mean that people will react negative on it.
And 50.3 may mean that with a bold head you will not be able to meet your potential.

And besides, it is very cold. Why would you go all bold? Just give it a trim. But that's just my opinion

I go along with Mazaru, who said why not just get the hair on your head trimmed instead of having it all taken off?

I would visit a good barber or hairstylist and ask that person for their advice. Often we ourselves are not the best judge in these matters.

Your yang line pattern is 18 (fixing or repairing) and your yin line pattern is 17 (following good leadership in accordance with the times). I take it that you'd like to fix your appearance by taking it all off in one fell swoop, but perhaps asking someone else would be the best thing you could do at this point.
